1. Definitions and scope
These terms govern access to Makemyfame, its dashboard and its digital marketing services. “User” means any person or business using the panel. “Services” include social-media followers, likes, views, comments, shares and other promotional engagement products.
Makemyfame acts as a digital service intermediary. Users remain responsible for ensuring their use of every service is lawful and permitted.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By registering, adding funds or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have valid permission from a parent or guardian, and that you will comply with applicable local, Indian and international laws.
3. Nature of the services
- Services are intended only for legitimate promotional and marketing activity.
- Makemyfame is not owned by, sponsored by or affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X or any other third-party platform.
- Delivery speed, retention and engagement can change because third-party platforms control their own systems and algorithms.
- No guarantee is made that a platform will not restrict, suspend or remove an account using promotional services.
4. User responsibilities
You must own, control or have written authority to promote every profile, post or link submitted to the panel. You may not use the Services for fraud, impersonation, phishing, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, infringement, political manipulation or any other unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for checking the service description, minimum/maximum quantity and target link before submitting an order.
5. Payments, wallet credit and refunds
- Payments must be made using funds and payment methods you are legally authorised to use.
- Successful deposits are credited to the panel wallet and ordinarily cannot be withdrawn or reversed.
- Completed orders are final. When an eligible service cannot be delivered, any approved refund is normally returned as panel credit.
- Fraudulent payments, unauthorised disputes or chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.
6. Service interruption and liability
Makemyfame is not responsible for delays, losses or account actions caused by social-platform changes, API outages, internet disruption, government action, cyber incidents or other events outside reasonable control. Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses support, submits unlawful targets, commits payment fraud or creates risk for the platform or other users. Orders connected with prohibited conduct may be cancelled without compensation.
8. Privacy and data protection
We process account details, email addresses, IP information, order records and transaction history to operate the panel, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal requirements. We do not sell or rent user information. Payment-card credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by the panel unless expressly stated.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect data, subject to the risks inherent in internet-based services and applicable requirements including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when services, laws or third-party platform rules change. Continued use of the panel after an update means you accept the revised terms.
